Earthworker Co-op solar hot water

Geelong Trades Hall has installed a new solar hot water system which was produced by Earthworker Co-operative: a Victorian worker owned business. Geelong Trades Hall received a grant from Future Proofing Geelong towards an energy assessment.  In addition to upgrading their kitchen equipment the Trades Hall decided to use Earthworker Co-operative to install a new hot water system.  This approach supported "green jobs" and the Co-op plan to develop manufacturing in Geelong when the demand grows.

Dave Kerin from the Co-op is pictured here with Anne Morrison at Trades Hall celebrating the installation of the new system.

I love what the earthworker co-op has done. Thanks for sharing. Solar hot water can make working in domestic kitchens so much easier in the future! Cheers from Vancouver BC
